Editor, What is web miningI would define web mining as finding interesting and useful patterns in web data. You can use perl, sql queries or advanced data mining tools, but the important question is whether you are finding some patterns, beyond simple analysis like number of hits per day. Of course, this definition is subjective - comments welcome.
