Position Description
This position is critical to the continued growth and success of the
Customer Research Group. Under direction of both the Customer
Research Manager and the Sr. Research Associate, this individual will
assist in providing key research support for the Company enterprise,
including, but not limited to, Product Expansion, Market Expansion,
New Services, Private Label and Marketing Communications.
Consults with business partners to identify research needs and meets
with business partners throughout project to clarify objectives,
answer questions, provide ongoing.
Project management responsibility, including methodological
determination, RFP issuance, vendor management and oversight of key
project milestones.
Has accountability for and adherence to budget and meeting timelines.
Interprets research results and facilitates ongoing two-way
communications between internal and external partners, including
reports, presentations and other communication vehicles
Position Requirements
Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field; MBA or Master's in
Marketing Research or Statistics preferred. 3-5 years equivalent
work experience required. Excellent verbal and written
communication, including stand-up presentations. Has experience in
developing and implementing customer research. Possesses a broad
business perspective, preferably in a B2B environment. Has cross-
functional orientation and the ability to work successfully in a
matrix organization. Has experience in working as part of a team to
achieve common goals. Has the ability to establish and sustain
strong customer relationships and effectively balance customer needs
with those of the business.
