Research

My research is in the general areas of image processing, machine vision and pattern recognition. Specific areas of research are:
  • Medical Imaging
  • Image Registration
  • Diffusion MRI: Reconstruction and Analysis (see the Camino software package for diffusion MRI reconstruction and probabilistic tractography).

  • Colour and texture analysis

  • Audio signal processing
I work within the Centre for Medical Image Computing (CMIC) and the Vision, Imaging and Virtual Environments group in the Computer Science Department at UCL. Here is a brief track-record summary. Here is a selection of popular and recent publications:
