This position will perform ETL requirements gathering, design, development and test activities in data warehouse environment. Secondary responsibilities include ensuring data quality and integrity, monitoring and supporting data load processes, performance tuning and data loading for web-based analytical applications in a Microsoft SQL Server RDBMS.
The following development experience and skills are necessary:
- Leading development team, customer interaction, requirements gathering, evaluation, analysis, and design of the existing and new client/server and web based systems. Project planning, software test planning, detailed program specifications and/or flowcharts for system analysts. Participate in the logical design of the relational databases, data marts, and the change management process
- Four years of Informatica development experience with specific experiences with
Informatica PowerCenter 6.x, 7.x, 8.x
- Four years of database design/development experience using database tools such 数据挖掘实验室
as Erwin, Visio and T-SQL with MS SQL Server
- Development experience with .NET, Visual Basic, Cognos and Siebel is a plus
Must be able to work in a team environment to maintain and troubleshoot ETL and database systems. Educational requirements include a bachelor's degree in computer science or foreign equivalent plus a minimum of five years of professional experience in a data warehouse environment.
